Job Description
Job Title: IT Desktop Engineer
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Qualifications:
- Skilled in installing and troubleshooting PCs and printers
- Proficient in installing and troubleshooting servers
- Experienced in setting up and troubleshooting VOIP phones
- Knowledgeable in installing and troubleshooting data communications equipment
- Competent in conducting technical site surveys
- Experienced in data cable installation and troubleshooting
- Capable of managing inventory control
- Experienced in providing desktop support
