Job Description
Job Title: .NET Lead Developer (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers providing guidance on best practices and coding standards.
- Design develop and maintain scalable and highperformance .NET applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews unit testing and automated testing practices.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in .NET development with a strong focus on C# and ASP.NET.
- Experience leading development teams and managing projects.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile Scrum).
- Experience with web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g. Angular React).
- Experience in database technologies (SQL Server Entity Framework).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
