Job Description
Job Summary:
The company is a leading provider of hermetic sealing solutions for critical applications in aerospace and defense and is seeking a detailoriented Quality Control Inspector. The role involves ensuring that all products adhere to the highest quality standards by performing thorough inspections and tests on precisionmanufactured components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test machined parts for dimensional accuracy and visual defects.
- Use precision measuring instruments (e.g. calipers micrometers CMM) to verify tolerances.
- Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure product conformance.
- Document inspection results and report nonconformities.
- Work with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in quality inspection in a manufacturing environment (aerospace/defense preferred).
- Proficiency with GD&T and precision measuring tools.
- Familiarity with ISO 9000 and AS9100 standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
