Senior Project Manager (Remote)
Location: Remote
About the role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee complex projects and ensure their successful delivery. This remote role requires a professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in project management. You will be responsible for planning executing and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget.
What youll do:
- Lead multiple projects from initiation to closure ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams and manage communication among stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
- Report on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes.
What were looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g. MS Project Jira Asana).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience managing remote teams is a plus.
