• Provide exceptional customer service to Germanspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Provide detailed product and service information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and followups.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in German (written and spoken).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong problemsolving skills and customeroriented mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Greece or onsite in Athens.
