Position: German Customer Service Advisor
Location: Athens Greece (Remote or Onsite)
Type: Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Germanspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Provide detailed product and service information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and followups.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in German (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong problemsolving skills and customeroriented mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Greece or onsite in Athens.
