Job Purpose
The Area Sales Manager plays a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies within the large business segment. This position is responsible for building strong client relationships achieving revenue targets and ensuring highquality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive portfolio growth.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Lead efforts in acquiring new clients managing existing relationships and identifying crosssell opportunities.
Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets to support business growth.
Portfolio Quality Management: Monitor portfolio performance ensuring highquality asset management and addressing early warning signs.
Team Leadership: Recruit train and manage a highperforming sales team fostering talent development and succession planning.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
Experience: 710 years in sales with strong leadership skills and experience in managing large business clients.
