Job Description
Position: Sales Manager HL / LAP (Prime Vertical)
CTC UPTO 12 LPA
Location Madurai Tamil Nadu
Minimum 3 Years of Exp. in Sales (HL LAP)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies Individually .
- Build and maintain client relationships for high ticket size loans.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Analyze market trends and performance data.
- Network with industry professionals.
- Problemsolve to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in mortgage sales.
- Strong understanding of HL and LAP products.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Resultsoriented and analytical mindset.
