We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team and help us build a strong organisational culture.
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will include managing recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and best practices in HR.
- Handle employee relations issues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievances.
- Maintain and develop HR policies ensuring they are communicated and understood across the organisation.
- Analyse HR metrics to improve processes and support decisionmaking.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role with a solid understanding of HR best practices.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and reporting.
