As an Immediate Hire LVN you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals clinics and longterm care facilities. Your main responsibility will be to provide quality patient care and assist in the daily operations of the facility. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the wellbeing and comfort of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history

Assist with patient assessments and care plans

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients

Educate patients and their families on health and wellness topics

Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records

Adhere to all nursing standards and regulations

Requirements:

Current and active LVN license in the state of Texas

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LVN in a healthcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent timemanagement and organizational skills

Compassionate and patientcentered approach to care

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
