Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a fulltime RN to join our team in Austin TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including administering medications performing treatments and monitoring patient progress

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans

Document patient care and treatment in accordance with facility policies and procedures

Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team members

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards

Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Texas

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current healthcare practices and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights weekends and holidays

BLS/CPR certification

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
