Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex insurance defense matters including highstakes litigation. Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to insurance carriers. Mentor and develop junior attorneys. Represent the firm in the legal community and build relationships with insurance carriers and other professionals.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school ideally from a top regional school like ASU or the University of Arizona. 1115 years of legal experience in insurance defense. Extensive experience in handling complex insurance defense matters including highstakes litigation. Proven track record of success in representing insurance carriers and achieving favorable outcomes. Strong leadership management and business development skills. Deep expertise in insurance defense law with a focus on auto trucking premises liability construction defect and product liability.

11-15 years of legal experience in insurance defense.,Extensive experience in handling complex insurance defense matters, including high-stakes litigation.
