Qualifications:
- G.C.E. A/L or higher qualifications.
- Minimum of 23 years experience in a coordination role preferably within an engineering environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Preferred age: Below 35 years.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating engineering projects and activities ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
- Handle correspondence and documentation maintaining clear communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Organize and schedule meetings project timelines and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to engineering projects and activities.
- Collaborate with engineers and other departments to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Support the team in resolving issues and addressing any challenges that arise during project development.
- Provide administrative support to the Engineering Division as needed.
