Job Description

Located in Buffalo NY this role offers driven individuals a chance to grow into businesstobusiness outside sales while developing the skills to independently manage a sales territory. With handson training mentorship and the potential for future relocation opportunities this is an exciting step for those looking to launch or elevate their sales career.


What Youll Do:

  • Drive business growth through outbound calls (about 50 per day) to create valuable businesstobusiness relationships
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies including ecampaigns direct mail and drip marketing
  • Collaborate with the outside sales team by providing marketing insights and intelligence reports
  • Build custom target lists and lead the way in planning and presenting our safety solutions to decisionmakers like safety managers architects and contractors
  • Get handson field sales experience by shadowing our outside sales team learning customer engagement firsthand
  • Stay organized by updating the customer and leading database with your progress
  • Learn about our full product line our industry and all aspects of our client s business to become a trusted resource in fall protection solutions
  • Perform additional tasks to support the General Manager National Sales Manager and other leaders


Requirements

What We re Looking For:

  • A proactive selfmotivated individual who is eager to uncover opportunities and drive results
  • A bachelor s degree in Sales Marketing Risk Management or a related field is preferred but not required your attitude and drive matter most!
  • Solid computer skills (especially Excel Word Outlook) and experience with CRM tools
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to adapt and learn quickly in an evolving highgrowth environment
