Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite technical support for hardware software and network issues
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT problems
  
• Install configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals
  
• Assist with network administration and maintenance
  
• Provide enduser training and support
  
• Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
  
• Minimum 18 months of experience in IT support
  
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software
  
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in Greek and English
