As an Onsite Support Technician you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients IT infrastructure. You will provide highquality technical support troubleshoot issues and maintain a positive and collaborative working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical support for hardware software and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT problems
- Install configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Assist with network administration and maintenance
- Provide enduser training and support
- Manage and maintain inventory of IT equipment
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 18 months of experience in IT support
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Greek and English
