Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including WiFi switches firewalls and other network equipment.
Configure and manage Meraki and Cisco switches. Troubleshoot network issues in collaboration with Local IT teams to address performance degradation and ensure service uptime.
Implement network upgrades changes and enhancements.
Work closely with L1 support and other technical teams to resolve complex network issues.
Ensure network security compliance and adherence to industry best practices.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in network monitoring maintenance and troubleshooting.

About the Job: The Relationship Manager-Wealth is the ultimate face of the business as (s) he is going to be the first point of contact with the client.
