Job Description

    1. Business Admin

    Maintain MANCO Calendar

    Focus on business development

    Maintain and communicate Brand Reporting Pages in Nifty for each Brand weekly and monthly and do weekly reminders to MANCO on reporting dates.

    Do weekly reporting and recordings

    Do monthly reporting and recordings

    Maintain INF OPS Folder in Work drive

    Draft KPIs and maintain /update KPIs monthly.

    Create OKRs Nifty automated templates for all brands annually

    Update and maintain the Asset list

    Draft SOPs

    2. General building management


    Manage cleaners duties daily for both properties

    Manage stock orders for kitchen and building

    Manage deliveries and collection at Longmeadow office

    Manage maintenance and repairs at INF Riley road building

    Manage queries for facilities on both properties

    Manage all keys and masters to INF Riley building

    Manage all SLAs building related eg. Pest control hygiene control etc.


    3. Zeestore Operations/ Procurement


    Receive and action Zeestore orders for dispatch and collection

    Communicate picking and packing of orders with Zeestore assistant

    Manage communication to zees on all Zeestore related communications:

    i. Stock ordered

    ii. Stock invoiced

    iii. Stock dispatched

    Maintain Cin7 Zeestore system with updated pricing and stock items

    Do Stock takes quarterly

    Ensure standard stock items in stock

    Update Woocommerce site for Zeestore on updated items and images

    Report weekly and monthly on Zeestore issues progress challenges

    Source suppliers and pricing quotes where necessary

    Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers


    4. Legal Administration

    Act as a channel / filter of communication on all legal matters to control:

    i. Cost of legal
    ii. Time required and feedback
    iii. Track progress on cases
    iv. Do reporting weekly and monthly on above

    Maintain FA and SA consistency and alignment

    Ensure proper process flow and procedures on all legal matters are followed.

    Assist with contractual translation to new Zees

    Assist with legal guidance where lawyers are not needed.

    Assist all Brands with any legal matters and requests.


    5. Effective teamwork and Self management

    Consistently manage own priorities to achieve all deliverables

    Follow any lawful and reasonable instruction from the GM

    Act as part of the team and always assist other members of the team to achieve common goals

    Consistently live and be an example of the Company values

    Communication Skills









Requirements

  • Knowledge of business processes and functions (Business Admin Legal Procurement Project Management & Operations.)
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Tech savvy and System orientated
  • BSc/BA in Business or relevant field.

2 years in a similar role Experience planning and leading community initiatives Proven customer service experience Experience with Social Media Collaborative spirit Qualification in Communications/ Marketing is beneficial
