Job Description

Location: Lisbon Portugal (OnSite)

Employment type: Fulltime

Language Requirements: Italian C2 and English B2

We are looking for a Content Classification Specialist for Social Media focused on the Italian market. In this role you will classify content such as videos images text and audio ensuring compliance with company policies. As part of a team you will help enhance the social media experience for users by accurately labeling various types of content.

Responsibilities include:

  • Classifying and reviewing content based on specific guidelines.
  • Identifying content typologies while maintaining quality standards.
  • Handling potentially sensitive content including but not limited to graphic explicit or fake news material.

The position offers an initial 10day intensive training program in English which will prepare you for your role. You will work 40 hours per week on rotating shifts and are entitled to holiday bonuses with a Portuguese employment contract.
