Role Responsibilities:

As the leader of the Research team, you will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative immigration programs. Building and nurturing robust relationships with vendors is vital, with a focus on expanding the partner network to enhance the company’s resources.

You will oversee comprehensive and timely research on tax, banking, and regulatory matters, ensuring accuracy in all findings. It's important to maintain updated information within the Minerva system and disseminate this knowledge to relevant departments to keep the organization well-informed.

Managing research requests from Mr. Henderson will be a key responsibility, requiring prompt and thorough responses to ensure his needs are met efficiently. In addition, fostering the growth and development of Research and Development (R&D) talent is essential, with a commitment to ensuring comprehensive regional coverage.

Incorporating feedback from the Sales, Strategy, and Client Success teams into internal datasheets and research reports will enhance collaboration and alignment across departments. You will also oversee the fact-checking process for content intended for YouTube and the company blog, guaranteeing that all material is accurate and delivered on schedule.

Desired candidate profile

Collaboration with the Marketing team will be necessary to provide timely video topics for the R&D channel, ensuring that content aligns with current trends and audience interests. Handling vendor inquiries and evaluating potential partnerships will also fall under your purview, necessitating a careful assessment of compliance with internal policies during the development of these partnerships.

To maintain organization within the Research team, you will be responsible for daily updates on monday.com and Minerva. This will help ensure that the team remains on track and aligned with project goals and deadlines.
