Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will leverage MinIO's intelligence systems to identify potential prospects and generate valuable leads. You will be instrumental in developing strategies aimed at converting our extensive ecosystem of open-source users into commercial customers. Additionally, you'll devise creative approaches to attract new enterprise customers by effectively communicating the unique value proposition that MinIO offers.
Crafting personalized, compelling emails and email sequences will be a core responsibility, as you articulate the benefits of establishing a commercial relationship. You'll work alongside internal teams to create engaging sales presentations and proposals that resonate with our target audience.
Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions is essential for this position. You will provide feedback and insights to our sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation efforts continually. This involves a constant assessment of data related to your work, allowing you to optimize strategies and improve outcomes effectively.
You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closure, ensuring a seamless experience that prioritizes customer satisfaction. Utilizing a full suite of technology tools, including Salesforce (SFDC), HubSpot, and Outreach, you will track interactions, monitor progress, and analyze conversion rates to drive results.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in the software industry, particularly in data infrastructure SaaS solutions. Exceptional writing and phone communication skills are a must, as you will engage and persuade C-level executives. A highly creative approach to sales and problem-solving, coupled with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, will set you apart.
Proficiency in email sequencing and familiarity with digital communication tools is essential, as you will be utilizing these platforms regularly. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Software, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
