Tutorings is seeking a talented and creative Ebook Designer to join our dynamic team in a remote contract role. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about education and design, eager to create engaging and visually appealing digital materials that enhance the learning experience for students. As an Ebook Designer, you will play a crucial role in the development of interactive educational resources, collaborating closely with our content team to bring innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to design and produce high-quality ebooks that not only look great but also provide an intuitive and seamless user experience. You will work collaboratively with our content creators to ensure that the visual elements of the ebooks effectively support the educational content. This may involve creating infographics, interactive elements, and other digital assets that engage students and promote active learning.

Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring that all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and educational standards. You will need to stay updated on design trends and best practices in interactive design to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our educational materials. Your keen attention to detail will be essential in maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the design process.

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should possess a strong foundation in graphic design, layout design, and ebook design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, is essential. You should be well-versed in interactive design principles, as this will be critical to creating engaging and effective digital experiences for our students.

In addition to technical skills, we value creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas that align with educational objectives. You should be comfortable working independently, managing your time effectively to meet project deadlines without sacrificing quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic are also required, as you will need to collaborate with team members and convey design concepts clearly.
