Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Pharmazone, established in 1992, stands as one of the largest and fastest-growing pharmacy chains in Kuwait City. As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and optimize our marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Manager will be pivotal in shaping Pharmazone's online footprint. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Lead the creation and ongoing development of Pharmazone's digital planning and optimization initiatives. This involves aligning digital marketing strategies with the overall business goals to ensure we stay at the forefront of the industry.

  2. Annual Planning: Develop comprehensive annual digital marketing plans, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines and obtaining necessary approvals to execute these plans effectively.

  3. Multi-Channel Strategy Development: Build and launch robust digital marketing strategies across a variety of channels, including paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat), video (YouTube), and search engine optimization (SEO). Each channel will be tailored to engage our diverse customer base effectively.

  4. Performance Tracking: Implement a thorough system for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop a reporting process that allows for detailed assessment of performance metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making and adjustments to optimize results.

  5. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports on digital marketing performance. These reports will provide insights into campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.

  6. Optimization and Scaling: Continuously optimize and scale our digital marketing channels to drive traffic, sales, customer engagement, and retention. This involves staying ahead of industry trends and utilizing best practices to enhance our digital presence.


Desired candidate profile

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital media marketing, demonstrating a solid understanding of the landscape.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic, enabling effective communication with diverse audiences.
  • Skilled in utilizing digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Business Suite, to create impactful campaigns.
  • Exceptional analytical skills are essential for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
  • A proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership over tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, providing a foundational understanding of marketing principles.
