Job Description

Location: Thessaloniki Greece

Salary: 1500 per month

Schedule: 40 hours per week 8 hours per day 5 days a week Monday to Sunday between 06:00 23:00

Job Description:

BOL is looking for enthusiastic individuals fluent in Dutch to join our Customer Service team in Thessaloniki. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers providing exceptional service via phone email and chat channels. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries processing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills in Dutch and English a customerfocused mindset and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products services and promotions
  • Assist customers with order placement returns refunds and exchanges
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and technical issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service
  • Participate in training sessions and continuous learning to enhance job knowledge and skills

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customeroriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Problemsolving skills with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Technical proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
