Job Description:

BMW Financial Services and Alphabet are seeking an experienced IT Analyst to join their team for the Wave project. The analyst will be responsible for managing access rights roles and system harmonization within the IT landscape working closely with the IT team in Munich. This role requires a solid background in business analysis IT management and interfacing systems for financial services.

The IT Analyst will report to the Financial Services IT lead and be heavily involved in transition plans access management and migration roadmaps. The position offers a fulltime hybrid work model with a requirement of 2 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Access Management: Oversee the creation of the HR/IT system landscape and transition plans.
• Rights and Roles: Define roles for application implementation and assist in the rollout plan for the Right Now tool.
• Process Harmonization: Collaborate on the onboarding process and support the definition of migration roadmaps.
• Collaboration: Work closely with local project managers and IT architects ensuring smooth delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Required Experience:
  • 36 years in IT analysis or business analysis.
  • Experience with standard interfacing concepts such as XML JSON and Web services.
  • Familiarity with basic security concepts.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with leasing or financial environments is a plus.
• Preferred Tools:
  • Jira Xray Confluence.
• Additional Skills:
  • Ability to work in an agile environment.
  • Strong communication skills able to translate technical information into business language.
