Roles and responsibilities

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for experienced Mathematicians to join our Game Development squad. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners and fellow Mathematicians to contribute significantly to our company’s overarching goals and enhance the gaming experience.

To thrive in this position, candidates should possess:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in game mathematics within the online gambling sector.
• Scripting Skills: Proficiency in any programming language, preferably Typescript or Javascript.
• Mathematical Aptitude: A strong ability to solve abstract and complex mathematical problems.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for spotting errors in mathematical models and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Gaming Interest: A genuine passion for slot games, both from a development and player perspective.
• Prototyping Ability: Capability to rapidly prototype and iterate on game mechanics.
• Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of HTTP client-server requests.
• Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to decision-making, coupled with a motivation to tackle challenges.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English.

As a Game Mathematician, your role will encompass:

• Game Development: Collaborating with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to develop engaging game mathematics and mechanics.
• Refinement: Fine-tuning game mechanics to create the best possible products.
• Simulation and Analysis: Conducting simulations to compare game math outcomes with desired results and other games in our portfolio.
• Risk Assessment: Analyzing risks and calculating win probabilities for player investigations.
• Rapid Prototyping: Quickly prototyping game mechanics to validate concepts.
• Team Collaboration: Working alongside development teams to provide comprehensive game math specifications.
• Knowledge Sharing: Establishing best practices and challenging existing methods to enhance the quality of our games.
