Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will create comprehensive design guidelines and systematize design files to ensure consistency across our projects. You will develop adaptive versions of web products, focusing on seamless handoff to our development team. Balancing aesthetics with business objectives and user experience is crucial as you enhance our web products. Collaborating closely with another designer, you will work on innovative solutions that align with our goals.

What We’re Looking For:

We seek candidates with strong logical thinking skills, capable of processing and structuring large amounts of data. You should be able to independently manage your workload, accurately assess tasks, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Figma is essential, especially for larger projects involving UI Kits, AutoLayout, and Components. We value quick thinkers who can generate concepts from a blank slate while recognizing that this role entails significant systematization and adaptability, often prioritizing functionality over aesthetics.

Hard Skills:

Candidates should have experience with web products or services, demonstrating strong UI design skills that translate ideas into structured concepts. Expertise in transferring layouts to development and creating adaptive designs is crucial. A systematic approach to design, with a keen eye for components, layout options, and structure, is necessary. Additionally, a solid understanding of core design principles such as grid systems, color theory, line spacing, and margins should be evident in your portfolio. Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher is required.

Soft Skills:

We value a proactive mindset coupled with strong communication skills. You should possess highly developed structural thinking, enabling you to analyze and organize information effectively. Attention to detail and a solid grasp of design principles are essential, as is the ability to handle stress and accept constructive feedback to foster improvement.

Bonus Points:

Experience with real estate-related products is a plus, as well as proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
