The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance troubleshooting support and solutions to our clients. The Technical Solutions Specialist will work closely with clients to understand their technical needs identify issues and implement effective solutions to ensure the seamless operation of their systems.
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional technical expertise and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and solutions to clients via phone email and remote desktop tools.
Analyze client requirements and provide recommendations for technical solutions to meet their needs.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address complex technical issues and escalations.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure the effective use of our technology solutions.
Document technical processes troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
Stay updated on industry trends technology advancements and best practices to enhance technical knowledge and expertise.
Participate in team meetings brainstorming sessions and knowledgesharing activities to foster a collaborative work environment.
Continuously improve technical skills and capabilities through training certifications and selflearning initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
3 years of experience in technical support solutions engineering or a related role.
Strong expertise in troubleshooting hardware software and network issues.
Proficient in operating systems (Windows MacOS Linux) cloud platforms and IT infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
Customerfocused approach with a commitment to providing outstanding service and support.
Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or relevant vendor certifications are a plus.
Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
