Vehicle Assistance Coordinator

Language Requirements: German (Native/NearNative preferred minimum C1 level) English (minimum B2 level)

Overview: Daimler Trucks & Buses a global leader in manufacturing trucks and buses is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Truck Agents. In this role you will handle incoming calls related to truck breakdowns providing essential support and assistance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls regarding truck breakdowns (e.g. flat tire engine failure) and initiate appropriate cases in the CRM system.
• Gather customer vehicle location and verify GOP coverage details.
• Provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through complex procedures from start to finish.
• Identify breakdown problems and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to connectivity systems and devices.
• Coordinate with dealers technicians or service providers to resolve breakdowns promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and case details in the CRM system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or fulfillment roles.
• Excellent listening skills with the ability to empathetically handle frustrated customers.
• Confident adaptable and positive attitude with good stamina in customer interactions.
• Organized and methodical thinker capable of following technical troubleshooting steps.
• Basic understanding of road assistance procedures for vehicles is a plus.
• Proficiency in PC usage and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.

Working Conditions:

• Monthly base salary: 1200 EUR gross
• Performance bonus up to 100 EUR monthly
• Schedule: 40 hours per week 8 hours per day 5 days a week Monday to Sunday (shifts between 00:00 to 23:00)
• Working model: remote in Greece
• Fully paid 2week training
