Job Description
The Technical Leader will be positioned in an authoritative position in the SSC organization and should be utilizing his/her expertise as a level of escalation in case of problems for both technical and analytical aspects. This person must have breath of knowledge in DCCS technologies and must be able to lead operate and continuously improve the environments throughout EUROPE Asia US Latam and Canada.
PRIMARY TECHNICAL ABILITIES
1. Breathe of experience across the area of Infrastructure with deep technical expertise on one of the areas:
a. Virtual Platform
b. Cloud Computing
c. Database Administration
d. OS Management
2. CrossInfrastructure knowledge/awareness on how network architecture work such as but not limited to protocols
and/or data center cabling
3. Experience automating activities and/or maintenance within the DCCS coverage.
4. Deep knowledge on Azure or AWS platform
SECONDARY TECHNICAL ABILITIES
1. Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible Puppet Chef etc.
2. Experience with Docker
3. Experience with DevOps environment
4. Knowledge in ITIL framework
BEHAVIOR ABILITIES:
1. 10 years experience in infrastructure 5 years of experience in performing analysis and troubleshooting within the
Infrastructure scope
2. Selfmotivatedted eager to learn in the IT profession
3. Team player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department.
4. Customer service oriented
5. Stakeholder management technical and business customers.
6. Excellent communication skills verbal and written. English speaking mandatory
7. Ability to analyze and synthesize situations and understand the business constraints
