Job Description
Job Offer: OTR Company Drivers $1000 SignOn Bonus (SOB)
Position: OTR Company Drivers (Solo)
Pay: 0.57 0.64 CPM
Key Benefits:
Home Time: Out 12 days with 2 full days (48 hours) at home every other weekend
Freight Coverage: OTR across all 48 states (most freight East of I35)
No NYC Dispatch: No forced dispatch into NYC or the 5 boroughs
Mileage: Drivers averagemiles per week. HOS and availability affect weekly miles.

4050% Live Unload
All NoTouch Freight
Equipment:
2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworths
Average Length of Haul: 600 miles
24/7 Operations Support: Access to operations specialists for driver needs at any time
Compensation:
- SignOn Bonus: $1000
$500 after the first load
$500 after 30 days
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour
Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM (based on Safety Mileage & Productivity eligible from the 1st of the month after the hire date)
Vacation:
1 year 1week vacation
3 years 2 weeks vacation
7 years 3 weeks vacation
15 years 4 weeks vacation
