Roles and responsibilities

Research Team Lead is the Team leader for Research Team, responsible for ensuring that the

company has most updated information regarding immigration programs, tax solutions and

banking options. Furthermore, Research Team Lead ensures that Nomad Capitalist has a

strong vendor network and grows new relationships with vendors. Research Team Lead

furthermore is responsible for fact-checking marketing materials before publishing.

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00

Travel Required? Substantial International travel

Necessary Skills:

Hard Skills

● Bachelor's degree in IR, politics, law, Business, economics (Masters preferred);

● English language C1 level

● Experience researching international tax, banking and immigration topics.

● Experience in Business development

● Management Experience

● -Experience in international tax and banking.

● Lead the Research team in developing and implementing new immigration programs.

● Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, continuously expanding the network with

new partners.

● Oversee accurate and timely research on tax, banking, and regulatory matters.

● Ensure research findings are updated in Minerva and shared with relevant departments

to keep the company well-informed.

● Manage research requests from Mr. Henderson, ensuring prompt and thorough

responses.

● Foster the growth and development of R&D talent, ensuring comprehensive regional

coverage.

● Incorporate feedback from Sales, Strategy, and Client Success teams into internal

datasheets and research reports.

● Oversee the fact-checking process for YouTube and blog content, ensuring accuracy

and timely delivery.

● Coordinate with the Marketing team to provide timely video topics for the R&D channel.

● Handle vendor inquiries and evaluate potential partnerships.

● Ensure compliance with internal policies during partnership development.

● Keep the Research team organized and on track by updating monday.com and Minerva

daily.
