Visa: USC/GC (must work on vendors w2)

Job Description:
Looking for a solid IT PM with broad experience. This is the construction industry so experience in that space is must. No career consultants MUST be willing to go perm at the 3 month mark that is what the client wants. Must be willing to be full onsite.
The person they hire will be very strong with IT PM experience in the construction industry.
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and evaluating the implementation of an apprenticeship management system. This role requires a strong team player with full system development lifecycle experience adherence to PMO best practices and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of the apprenticeship management system project from inception to completion
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget
- Apply PMO best practices to ensure project success and alignment with company standards
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders team members and management
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment embodying our core values: Be Nice Have Fun and Work Hard
- Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- 35 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in managing projects through the full system development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of PMO best practices
- Excellent communication interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for creating a collaborative work environment
