Job Description
Job Title: Application Support/DevOps Engineer
Location: Frisco TX 75034 (Hybrid Need Local Candidate Only)
Work Authorization: Any Visa
Duration: 6 months Contract
Job Description:
- 58 years of Experience
- Strong knowledge in Azure Infrastructure maintenence and support
- Strong knowledge of DevOps technologies and tools such as Jenkins Gitlab etc.
- Excellent skills on analysing identifying troubleshooting and rectifying application infrastructure issues
- Should be able to do handson with Ops activities including application monitoring and troubleshooting issues.
- Experience in tools such as Splunk AppDynamics etc.
- 24*7 support so should be ready to work in Shifts
- Ability to Lead a team of 510 members
- Should have experience in Operations and BizOps support roles
- Should have basic knowledge in Cloud preferably Azure
- Experience in API test tools such as Postman Swagger
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
- Programming or scripting experience in Python or Go is a plus
- Write automation scripts based on business requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge in Agile/Kanban
Mandatory Skills:
- Azure DevOps Postman ServiceNow Splunk Grafana Cosmos DB Mongo DB
Optional Skills:
- Automation scripting experience (Shell Python)

- Azure Cloud 7 Yrs of Exp
- Splunk 7 Yrs of Exp
- ITSM tools 7 Yrs of Exp
- Risk Management 8 Yrs of Exp
- Cloud Management and Support 5 Years
- Application Development and support 5 Years
