Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pediatric Adolescent Nurse to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients. The ideal candidate will have a current LVN or RN license issued by CA and a high school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a stateapproved program per licensure is required and experience with adolescents eating disorders or residential treatment is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure temperature and pulse rate of patients
Administer medications per MDs orders
Prepare and manage patient charts and medical records
Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
Document all care in an accurate and timely manner
Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control policies and procedures
Uphold Nursing Practice Act and Nursing Code of Ethics
Follow safety protocols and ensure patients are supervised and safe at all times
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care including our medical clinical and dietary teams

Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy at all times
Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing procedures
Must be reliable efficient and demonstrate initiative
Must work well in a teamoriented environment
Ability to operate medical equipment and follow safety protocols
