The mission
As a machine operator at Epishine you will play a key role in producing our innovative organic solar cells. Youll handle rolltoroll production using semiautomated machines following standard procedures. Your responsibilities will also include preparing and cleaning machines and tools troubleshooting and performing maintenance.
Ensuring our products meet quality standards is a critical part of your role. You will also handle administrative tasks such as digitally documenting quality controls. Additionally youll contribute to developing our standard procedures to enhance quality and efficiency. In essence your efforts will be vital to our growth and our mission to pioneer printed solar power for people and planet.
Located in Linkping our brandnew production facility is alongside our headquarters and labs. Youll be part of our dedicated Operations team.
Who are we looking for
To excel as a Machine Operator at Epishine you need to have a technical interest and an ability to handle advanced machines. It is veryadvantageous if you have a relevant qualified vocational education or previous experience working in production.
What we value most is your ability to be a thoughtful team player dedicated to reaching both team and company goals. You are adaptable and eager to assist wherever necessary. Additionally you possess a structured and detailoriented approach recognizing the importance of adhering to routines and processes. As a company in growth we are on the lookout for peoplewho embrace change and who are known for their problemsolving skills.
Given that Epishine consists of teams with people from all over the world it is also important that you can communicate fluently and comfortably in English.
