- Experience working in and in supporting both MacOS & Windows operating systems
- Support experience with Google Workspace Okta Slack Zoom and showcasing familiarity with popular workplace platforms
- Proficient with various IT Helpdesk services
- 3 years of experience in IT operations
- An exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills to effectively assist end users with technical issues
- Strong at troubleshooting and problemsolving skills that translate into quick and efficient resolutions
