Job Description
Autolivs primary goal is to Save More Lives. Our products never get a second chance. This is why we can never compromise on quality. We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Fixed Assets Controller.
If you think youll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
- Updates the local and fiscal groupfixed assets register.
- Updates the depreciation according to the Autoliv Group fiscal and localrules.
- Record accounting notes in the accounting software
- Reconciliationthe details of fixed assets withthe balance sheet
- Prepares all reports related to fixed assets for the Finance department management and state institutions.
- Supervises the process of sping fixed assets
- Supervises and controls the accounting records of in progressinvestments and investments advances.
- Enter the investment project number (CAPEX WBS) in AFIS
- Checking the budget creating subdivisions of the investment (AHO split) and sending this information to the management programinterface(SAP).
- Monitoring the implementation of the investment with the project managers
- Support monthly and annual closings.
and if you have/are:
- University degree in Finance or Accounting;
- Experience in ERP system SAP would be considered as a plus;
- Strong knowledge and understanding of international accounting standards;
- Very good MS Office knowledge;
- Fluency in spoken and writtenEnglish;
- Knowledge of the legislation in the financial and accounting field
