Job Description
Role: Data Scientist
Location: 3 days per week in Falls Church Alexandria or Arlington VA (any location is fine but must be 3 days onsite)
Duration: 1 year Contract
Citizenship: Active Secret Clearance

Top Skills: Bachelors Degree Python EQL Apache Spark Qlik or Tableau
Required Skills/Experience:
Experience writing and speaking about technical concepts to various audiences and giving datadriven presentations.
5 years of experience developing in Python and EQL; experience with Apache Spark
5 years of experience developing dashboards using Qlik or Tableau.
Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with contracting or FM data sources.

Major Duties/Tasks:
Develop and maintain dashboards according to user requirements.
Collaborate with data engineering and functional resources to build performant applications to support procurement FM and other communities.
Design configure develop test and support informatics and data science solutions for various technical use cases.
Apply analytical methodologies to diagnose datarelated challenges implement solutions and evaluate performance.
Document and present requirements design alternatives and findings to team members and external stakeholders.
Develop strategic baselined data modeling processes and accurately determine causeandeffect relationships.
Utilize integrated development environments data integration data visualization data mining and analysis tools.
Collaborate with data engineering and functional resources to build performant applications to support procurement FM and other communities.
