Exciting Career Opportunity: Occupational Therapist (OT) Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Location: San Francisco CA
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days
Pay Rate: $62 to $65 per hour

This 13week contract offers you the chance to work in a vibrant city while making a meaningful impact on patients lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and create personalized treatment plans to help patients regain independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and selfcare strategies.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Active California OT license.
- Minimum 12 years of SNF experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for enhancing the quality of life for patients.
