JOB PROFILE:
END END RECRUITMENT PROCESS
a. Sourcing / Calling prospective candidates and informing of job openings available to us through our clients
b. Screening / Profiling the candidates based on their Resumes.
c. Scheduling the screened candidates for interview.
d. Follow up to ensure candidates attend interview as scheduled.
e. Follow up with the candidate and recruiter on status of candidature.
f. Document the process on Microsoft Excel / ERP and recruitment tools provided by the firm.
g. To perform all passive activities of recruitment like job posting mailers etc as instructed.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
a. Collect requirements from Client
b. Build a positive relationship with the Client
80% time is required to be spent on phone The candidate must be passionate and energetic talking to people (again and again)
Should have good communications skills both English & Malayalam
Should have good computer operating knowledge & internet skills.
The standard office timing would be from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.
Graduation mandatory
Should be from Trivandrum
