Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Solar Rooftop Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients generating leads and converting them into sales. This role requires a deep understanding of solar energy products excellent communication skills and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential customers for solar rooftop systems through various channels such as cold calling networking and referrals.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their energy needs conduct site assessments and provide customized solar solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential customers highlighting the benefits and ROI of solar energy systems.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales preferably in the solar industry or a related field

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of solar energy products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Personal Attributes: Selfmotivated goaloriented and passionate about renewable energy.
