We are looking for a skilled Surveillance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to manage effectively and maintain our surveillance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install configure test troubleshoot and repair surveillance systems including IP cameras wireless networks firewalls VPNs and video analytics
- Administer network security including encryption and cloud computing to ensure the integrity and safety of surveillance data.
- Utilize various tools and software applications to optimize system performance and resolve technical issues.
- Identify and solve problems that arise with surveillance technologies promptly and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively to explain the features and functions of surveillance systems to clients and provide technical support and training.
- Maintain attention to detail in following instructions protocols and standards to ensure systems are installed and maintained correctly.
