Job Description
L2 Dedicated Onsite Brake Fix Engineer Bothell WA
Key Responsibilities:
- Address user tickets related to hardware software and networking.
- Assist customers with installing applications and peripherals.
- Provide stepbystep troubleshooting and resolve issues.
- Perform remote diagnostics and testing.
- Customize desktop applications to user needs and document technical solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.
- Maintain user functionality by following up and ensuring systems are operational.
- Collect customer feedback and relay potential product improvement requests.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a Desktop Support Technical Support or similar role.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in Lenovo laptop repairs Windows 10 & 11 Office 365 and Intune.
- Experience with remote troubleshooting tools imaging devices network setups and ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Mac OS/Linux environments is a plus.
- Strong understanding of network security and antivirus protocols.
- Certifications: A and Microsoft certification (required).
- Bachelor s degree in IT or equivalent handson experience.
- Excellent problemsolving and multitasking abilities with a customeroriented approach.
- Behavioral Qualities: Targetdriven proactive good listener and a natural leader.
- Language: Fluent in English (essential).
