We are seeking a detailoriented Order Confirmation Intern to support our logistics and supply chain team. In this role you will assist in managing order confirmations ensuring timely processing of orders and maintaining communication between suppliers and internal teams. You will be a key part of ensuring smooth order fulfillment and accuracy in order processing.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in processing and confirming purchase orders with suppliers through outbound calls and emails.
Ensure that all order details including pricing and delivery schedules are accurate and regularly updated.
Maintain accurate records of all orders and communications with suppliers.
