Insurance Plan Administrator Remote
This role is for our client in the insurance industry where 13 positions are being requested to support the implementation of group retirement and savings solutions. You will work closely with the team on largecase plan transfers and amendments for clients across Canada ensuring smooth transitions and highquality service.

Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm with optional overtime.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Implementation Manager in coordinating largecase client retirement plan transfers from previous service providers.
Manage project tasks related to complex plan amendments and client plan changes.
Provide support and information to Client Relationship Managers and Account Executives particularly for small to midsize clients.
Serve as the primary contact with a client s previous service provider during largecase implementations ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
Projectmanage tasks to ensure completion according to set timelines providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Apply your understanding of legislative product and privacy guidelines to ensure compliance during plan transfers.
Prepare and participate in weekly project status meetings coordinating efforts with other departments as needed.
Proactively manage issues by anticipating process outcomes and ensuring all necessary steps are completed for smooth transitions.
What you will need to succeed:
High school diploma required
12 years of relevant work experience
Strong technical skills with an ability to quickly learn new systems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Word for file manipulation and report creation
Solid mathematical skills to handle financial data and reconcile reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead project team meetings and client calls
Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills with the ability to foresee the impact of issues and solutions
Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering excellence
Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timeframes
Attention to detail with strong problemsolving skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage high volumes of work
Proven ability to maintain professionalism while delivering sensitive complex information
Highly independent with the ability to seek guidance only in exceptional cases
Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of the group pension industry in Canada is an asset
Experience within the banking or retirement industry is a plus
Experience with Automate and/or Power BI is an asset
