Job Description

Our client dedicated to the beauty retail and ecommerce markets is looking for a Senior Accountant based in HongKong.

As a senior accountant you will be responsible for operational accounting financial administrative tax and budget monitoring for the HONG KONG subsidiary and DUBAI subsidiary.

You will join a local team in Hong Kong of eleven colleagues and serve as a key intermediary with Anaik Frances financial management.

You will have a direct management by the CFO in France and also a functional reporting to the local managing director in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Independently manage daily accounting tasks:
o Book and review the accounting entries and ensure the analytical allocation of cost/revenues to the correct Business unit
o Prepare customer invoices
o Followup the recovering of account receivables
o Bank reconciliations
o Preparing supplier payments
o Review book and prepare payment for monthly expenses

Prepare quarterly financial statements :
o Prepare the cutoff entries for costs and revenues
o Reconcile the related companies transactions on a quarterly basis
o Handle the accounting adjustment report between HONK GONG GAAP and French GAAP and report to group headquarter in France

Manage the annual audit preparation and assist the auditors for annual audit
Oversee and monitor the monthly cash flow budget
Prepare monthly payroll and MPF
Assist business controller for preparation of reporting business analysis and budgeting
Conduct various administrative tasks (lease contract and permit renewals etc.)

Requirements

You have a previous experience in accounting (minimum 3 years)
You are fluent in English. French speaking and Mandarin speaking is an advantage
You are proficient in Microsoft Excel
You are organized efficient and enjoy analyzing data to improve performance
You demonstrate autonomy adaptability and team spirit
You have good communication skills

Office located in Kowloon
