Job Description
This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel reservations managing inquiries making bookings and confirming room availability.
- Engage with guests via phone email and inperson interactions addressing reservation inquiries changes and cancellations.
- Assist guests during checkin and checkout processes ensuring a seamless experience and attending to special requests or concerns.
- Collect payment information process reservations and issue invoices or receipts as required.
