Job Description
Grahana is a hybrid business model with two key components:
PropCo which uses Big Data to identify profitable locations for shortterm rentals designs the perfect villa concept for each destination and builds its own and thirdparty villas.
OpCo which operates these villas with a comprehensive management service focused on optimizing the user journey.
Grahanas mission is to drive human expansion through unique architectural spaces and experiences.
We are currently looking for professionals to join the collective architecture studio being built at Grahana. This marketplace connects architects interior designers and construction companies with luxury development projects worldwide utilizing a methodology based on standardized processes and project management tools to ensure seamless collaboration among all stakeholders.
Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Architect & Project Manager to lead and manage projects at Collective a marketplace specializing in architecture interior design and project management. The role focuses on overseeing multidisciplinary teams ensuring endtoend project delivery and scaling the business internationally.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- 810 years of experience leading the planning strategy and resource management for architecture interior design and construction projects.
- Define processes guidelines and templates to ensure the smooth operation and scalability of the company.
- Supervise project progress from design conception to execution ensuring quality and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage relationships with clients and suppliers negotiating contracts and resolving issues.
- Oversee financials including budgets cost control and project reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team and provide leadership for the overall direction of architectural and interior design initiatives.
- Spanish native English C1 mandatory
