Mission
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead endtoend architectural project development within our firm. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing residential projects (preferred in luxury) particularly villas and will be responsible for overseeing the project from conceptual design through execution.
Requirements
Job Functions
- Proven experience of at least 57 years in an architecture studio is essential.
- Project Development: Manage architectural projects from start to finish including initial planning licensing and supervision onsite.
- Design Execution: Create architectural designs and detailed plans ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external teams including architects and construction professionals to ensure project success.
- Regulatory Compliance: Handle the processing of construction permits and licenses associated with each project.
- Quality Control: Supervise construction projects to ensure quality safety and compliance with design specifications.
Main skills for the role:
- Construction Management
- Project Planning
- Entrepreneurship
- Spanish native English C1 highly preferred
- Program knowledge: Presto AutoCad Revit BMI
This person will report to Alfredo Heraso
