Requirements
SKILLS:
- Knowledge and experience in the majority of the items listed in the job description MUST
- Engineering degree in Mechanical Production or Industrial Engineering ADVANTAGE
- PMP Certified ADVANTAGE
- Approximately 1015 years of experience working for a company that develops and manufacturers parts/systems and at least 5 of the years in the medical device industry (regulated environment such as ISO 13485) MUST
- Experience Production Engineering and Operations in a mass production environment MUST
- Minimum of 5 years of project management and leadership experience involving coordination of crossfunctional and diverse global teams and international customers MUST
- Skilled at working on documents in English (reading and writing) MUST
- Excellent oral communication skills in English with the ability to effectively present in front of groups MUST
- Experience with statistical techniques (e.g. DOE SPC) / Six Sigma ADVANTAGE
- Experience with Lean manufacturing techniques value stream mapping and continuous improvement methodologies ADVANTAGE
- Proficient at working with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint MUST

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Manage multiple projects through all phases from initiation and planning to execution monitoring control and closure while following company and customer protocols and standards.
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment combined with positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees managers customers contractors and vendors.
- Ensure compliance to customer specifications quality standards regulatory requirements company work rules procedures and safety requirements
4. Utilize project management skills of communication presentation time management organization and planning to successfully achieve project goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans budgets schedules and documentation including change management risk mitigation and metrics reporting
- Matrix management and/or cooperation with a variety of departments functions levels and global sites within the company
- Prepare technical reports analysis recommendations and presentations reflecting the status and results of projects in progress on a regular basis.
- Work closely with operations production engineering and other internal teams to identify in advance communicate and troubleshoot process material equipment or manpower issues that may hinder project flow.
- Review and ensure proper preparation of process validations protocols and reports as well as ECO s to ensure ongoing accuracy clarity and compliance to company and customer s standards.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports to management appropriate client recipients and core team.
- Take initiatives in continuous improvement and CAPA processes
- Support Business Development in pursuit of new opportunities

Manage large size/complexity/risk projects ensuring effectiveness in meeting customer s needs. Define business requirements into a Project Plan. Monitor, maintain and report to team and customer on the project status on a continuous basis. Ensure the project stays on track by pro-actively controlling actual status of schedule, quality, and taking corrective action for issues under your direct control, escalate when appropriate. Present company products and services, and technology solution at customer site and events, as well as resiliency and security advice. Meet with the customer to identify their needs and requirements and to propose architecture/application and services to client needs, composed of all the company attributes, messaging, standards, interface software and services Support region teams by defining processes, and transfer of knowledge. Maintain and develop knowledge of architecture/design technologies, integration, best practices and future industry trends. Assist with defining commercial strategies for interface products. Build and develop working relationships with customer technology management. Assist with technical responses to customer RFIs and RFPs. Implementation assistance for community initiatives. Education
MBA/PGDM (preferably in HR) or relevant work experience after BE/B.Tech
