  • Soutenir le responsable des talents de la culture et de lexp rience client dans laccomplissement du mandat de recrutement pour les clients
  • G rer le cycle complet du processus de recrutement y compris la cr ation et lex cution des offres demploi la s lection des CV la conduite des entretiens la pr sentation des candidats qualifi s aux clients et la n gociation des offres demploi
  • Utiliser diverses m thodes de recherche demploi telles que les sites demploi et les m dias sociaux afin didentifier et dengager des candidats potentiels
  • Rechercher construire et entretenir de mani re proactive un vivier de talents pour les postes actuels et futurs
  • Participer lam lioration de la marque employeur de lentreprise en cr ant des offres demploi attrayantes et en favorisant des interactions positives avec les candidats
  • Participer la cr ation dune communication interne pour promouvoir les postes vacants
  • Participer des projets sp ciaux et effectuer dautres t ches selon les besoins

  • Support the Talent Culture and Customer Experience Manager in fulfilling the customer recruitment mandate
  • Manage the full cycle of the recruiting process including creating and executing job offers selecting resumes conducting interviews presenting qualified candidates to clients and negotiating job offers
  • Utilize various job search methods such as job boards and social media to identify and engage potential candidates
  • Proactively research build and maintain a talent pool for current and future positions
  • Participate in enhancing the companys employer brand by creating attractive job offers and fostering positive interactions with candidates;
  • Participate in the creation of internal communications to promote vacancies
  • Participate in special projects and perform other tasks as required




Requirements

  • Une exp rience de la strat gie de marque de lemployeur est un atout
  • Capacit travailler dans un environnement o les t ches se succ dent un rythme soutenu

  • Solides comp tences interpersonnelles avec la capacit de construire et dentretenir de solides r seaux de talents
